Ginger Axsom-Cooper
Owner, Instructor, Choreographer, MOM
Mrs. Ginger resides in White Hall, Arkansas. She has owned and directed Danzsource for 24 years. She specializes in the dance disciplines of tap, jazz, ballet, modern, lyrical, hip-hop and pageant technique. Her students hold seven reigning national championship titles; along with the numerous regional and state titles they have pursued such as Triumph 2018 Sportsmanship Award, choreography awards, Entertainment Awards, Encore Awards and Bravo! Ovation Award and Rainbow Studio of the Year 2017. Mrs. Ginger has choreographed for the Miss Mississippi USA and the Miss Arkansas USA pageant systems. She has directed and choreographed for the Southeast Arkansas Fair Queen and Miss White Hall pageant with her husband. She has choreographed for the Southeast Arkansas Arts and Science Center. Mrs. Ginger is a former Little Miss Sunbeam and also had the privilege of opening for George Jones and Big Al Downing in Pine Bluff many years ago. She is very familiar with the Miss Arkansas system for she has competed in pageants since the age of four holding herself many titles on the local, state and national level and has held the title of Miss Greater Pine Bluff and Miss University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She competed in the Miss Arkansas pageant winning the newcomer award her first year and the talent award both years competing. Ginger earned a Marketing and Theater Dance degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Mrs. Ginger is passionate about God, dance, family, her church, cancer prevention and encouraging the youth in her community. She is married to Rick Cooper and they have two beautiful daughters, Maggie-19 and Elle-16.

Amber Miller
Instructor
Amber has been a part of Danzsource for 19 years. Her specialties include tap and hip hop, but excels in other genres such as jazz, contemporary, and ballet/technique. Amber competed with Danzource’s company team since she was 5 years old, winning several regional and national awards each year for her solos and hip hop and jazz groups. She was on the White Hall School’s dance teams for 6 years, and moved up to the collegiate level as a member of the UCA Honeybear Dance Team for 4 years. During her time on the dance teams, she served in leadership positions and competed nationally. From these opportunities, Amber has begun choreographing for several dance teams and helping dancers prepare for their tryouts. She is also an alumni of Alpha Sigma Tau where she competed in their dance shows and served as their dance chair. She now works for Universal Dance Association (UDA) running dance team camps throughout the summers. Amber also teaches math and science at White Hall Middle School. She aspires to be a dance team coach and to continue to touch the lives of kids through her teaching.
